the best way to remove is to format ur phoneee

presss *#7370# and then type your security code it will format automatically, but if u have any imp. things stored : then ake a back up of them but don't make full back up coz the software too will be stored (customize it)

for anti-virus give me few more minnnutesss

i m not able to get you , give me some time so that i will be able to clear off your query , i had gven you all the possible way i know to remove ,
1.now you cant delete it by anti-virus.
2. yu dont know the security code of your phone ...
3. you are not able to format your mmc
